And there will always be mushrooms … the perfect splash of fun and colour in any garden or the corner of your porch:
Bonnie was born in Burks Falls, Ontario, and grew up in Toronto. Relocating to the west coast at the age of 25, she explored her creativity through a costume telegram business and by making jewellery. In the early 1980s Bonnie moved to Westport, Ontario and developed her artistic expression using a variety of mediums. Around 2011, she began making sculptures with Powertex (a fabric hardener). Sculptures hardened or sealed with Powertex can be placed in the garden or patio throughout the year, no matter how hot, cold or wet it is outside, and will last for many years. You’ve probably seen Powertex sculptures before but we’re sure you’ve never seen anything as fun or as colourful as Bonnie’s delightful figures!
